Description: Like our TemptAsian sauces, our ginger shrub is very versatile. Some of are favorite uses are to add it to our chrysanthemum mix for an incredible taste profile, steamed rice for delicious sushi rice, add to a stir-fry/fried rice dish to enhance flavor or simply serve with soda water over ice for a handcrafted sparkling ginger ale (or base for a Moscow mule).

Directions: Use approximately ½ oz per drink or recipe – adjust to personal taste.

Store in refrigerator.
