Ginger Chrysanthemum Beverage Kit (makes 10)
Description: Our signature beverage Like our TemptAsian sauces, our ginger shrub is very versatile. Add a tsp to our chrysanthemum beverage mix for an incredible taste profile, mix to steamed rice for a delicious sushi rice, add to a stir-fry or fried rice dish or simply mix with soda water over ice for a handcrafted sparkling ginger ale (or base for a Moscow mule).
Directions for hot: One TB of chrysanthemum mix with 1/4 tsp of ginger shrub and mix with 8oz hot water.
Directions for cold use: One TB of chrysanthemum mix with ½ tsp of ginger shrub. Serve over ice with sparkling soda water.
Adjust for personal taste. Please keep ginger shrub refrigerated.
Fresh ginger root, Thai green chili, rice vinegar, water and cane sugar.
