Notes

This recipe combines Fuse Sesame Ginger and Lemongrass Soy to create a sweet and spicy flavor. It works with all protein: tofu, pork chops, halibut, chicken wings, etc.

Cooking: Oven and BBQ grill are great alternatives. Air fryer takes 20-25 minutes. If you don’t have an air fryer, oven baking will take 45 minutes. Cooking time varies depending on brand of equipment.

Please ensure internal temperature of chicken is 165 degrees.

  • 2 oz Fuse Lemongrass Soy sauce
  • 2 oz Fuse Sesame Ginger sauce

Instructions

  1. Coat chicken with Fuse marinade (both sauces mixed) on both sides.
  2. Ensure both sides are equally coated. (A minimum of 15 minutes/side is recommended)
  3. Pre-heat air fryer to 350 degrees F.
  4. Put in air fryer and cook for 20-25 minutes.
  5. Take out and rest for 2 minutes.
  6. Serve with your favorite side.

Optional: Bake chicken on cooling rack and liner tray for 40-45 minutes until skin looks crispy and brown.
