- Slice steak into thin strips
- Add a pinch of salt & pepper
- Mix Lemongrass Soy in with beef slices. Marinate for 30 minutes.
- Thread beef strips (weave like a figure 8) onto skewers. Press beef into uniform shape to ensure even cooking.
- Pre-heat cast iron or stainless skillet. Add spray oil to pan to warm.
- Sear beef skewers on high for 30 seconds on each side.
- Cook to your desired temperature.
Optional: Add and alternate red pepper, sweet onions and/or pineapples with beef.
Optional: Brush skewers with sauce prior to serving or serve with sauce on the side as a dip.
Optional: Use tofu instead of beef.
