Ingredients

  • Green cabbage (medium shred) – 7 oz
  • Red cabbage (fine shred) – 5 oz
  • Carrots (fine shred) – 2 oz
  • Scallions (diced) – 0.75 oz
  • Fuse Sesame Ginger Sauce – 1.25 oz

Garnish: Scallions & sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Shred your cabbage and carrots with a mandolin or plastic produce knife to prevent veggies from browning. (Pre-cut slaw mix is also available in the produce department.)
  2. Dice scallions to 1/8″
  3. Toss all ingredients together. Season with salt and pepper and mix in sauce.
  4. Top with sesame seeds and scallions after plating.
