The main menu uses an air cooker and the notes below will offer an oven baked version of the same wings.
Either way, you’ll end up with smokey and savory wings with a hint of spice.

Notes

Option: For more heat, add 1 tsp of Sambal into the Sesame Ginger sauce.
Option: For deep frying or air frying, toss wings with almond flour, salt and pepper for a light breading.

  • Chicken Wings (12 medium sized wings)
  • Baking Powder (4 tsp)
  • Salt (1 tsp)
  • Coarse Salt (4 TB)
  • Fuse Sesame Ginger Sauce (3 oz)
  • Almond Flour (1 TB)
  • Roasted Sesame Seeds

Instructions

  1. Fully dry wings with paper towels. Rub 1/2 tsp salt lightly on wings and leave at room temperature for an hour.
  2. Moisture will surface. Dry wings again thoroughly.
  3. Mix baking powder and remaining salt in a ziplock bag. Toss wings to coat with mixture.
  4. Coat top side of wings with coarse salt and bake on a pre-greased tray at 250F for 15 minutes. Remove the salt layer.
  5. Flip and coat the other side of wings with coarse salt and bake for another 15 minutes at 250F. Remove the salt layer.
  6. Turn oven up to 450F and bake for an additional 30 minutes. (15 minutes on each side)
  7. Rest for 5 minutes until crispy.
  8. While wings are resting, heat sesame ginger sauce and mix in almond flour to thicken.
  9. Toss wings with sauce and garnish with sesame seeds.
