  • Brussels sprouts (1 LB)
  • EV Olive Oil (2 TB)
  • Fine salt (1/2 tsp)
  • Black pepper (1/4 tsp)
  • Fuse Honey Cilantro Sauce (2 TB)

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 375 F
  2. Cut the Brussels sprouts in half and trim off all brown or yellow leaves.
  3. Wash thoroughly. Half the sprouts (or quarter large ones). Toss with olive oil, salt and pepper.
  4. Roast in oven for 30-40 minutes until almost tender. Mix halfway through.
  5. Heat a saute pan to medium high. Add cooked sprouts and 2 tablespoons of honey cilantro sauce.
  6. Saute in pan until leaves are crispy and caramelized.
  7. Serve warm OR chill to serve as a salad.

Option: Add crumbled bacon and season to taste.
